Our PA Day camp provides campers with a day of fun and competition while developing his or her skills. Players will work on skill development through hitting, catching, infield and throwing drills. Dodgeball, soccer and tennis baseball are all guaranteed to ensure a fun filled day!

Program Overview
Strike Zone’s Outdoor Summer Sports Camp provides structured, high-quality baseball instruction in a fun and supportive outdoor environment. This full-day camp is open to girls and boys ages 7–13 of all skill levels.
​
Campers will focus on core baseball fundamentals including throwing, fielding, and hitting while also participating in non-baseball activities that support overall athletic development. Instruction is delivered through skill-specific drills, competitive activities, and game situations designed to reinforce learning and build confidence.
The program emphasizes proper technique, athletic development, and a positive experience that supports long-term growth and enjoyment of the game.

Athletes are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate instruction and maximize development. Sessions build on fundamental skills while introducing more advanced concepts in a controlled indoor setting.
This camp is ideal for players looking to improve technique, consistency, and overall baseball performance.

Program Overview
Strike Zone’s Outdoor Summer Sports Camp in Waterdown offers a fun, structured introduction to baseball in a positive and supportive outdoor environment. This full-day camp is open to girls and boys ages 7–13 of all skill levels, with a strong focus on newer and recreational players.
​
Campers will be introduced to core baseball fundamentals including throwing, fielding, and hitting through age-appropriate drills, games, and activities designed to build confidence and keep athletes engaged.
In addition to baseball instruction, campers will participate in a variety of non-baseball activities that promote general athletic development. These may include movement-based games, light speed and agility work, and team challenges, creating a balanced and enjoyable camp experience.

The program emphasizes learning, participation, and enjoyment while helping players develop a positive connection to the game.

Rep/High Performance Summer Sessions
New High Performance Summer Camp designed specifically for dedicated rep-level athletes who are ready to elevate their game.

This is not a beginner camp. It is built for players who are already competing at a rep or high-performance level and are committed to improving their skills, mindset, and overall athletic performance.
