Jr. & Sr. Baseball
Academy

Strike Zone Baseball Academy is back for another off-season of focused player development.

This 12-week training program is designed for players looking for quality reps, professional coaching, and a more complete approach to improving their game. Players will train twice per week in a small-group setting, with each session focused on skill development, athletic movement, decision-making, and game awareness.

Throughout the program, athletes will work through a variety of baseball-specific training areas, including hitting, fielding,

athleticism, agility, throwing, and pitching, where age appropriate.

Players will also complete a HitTrax analysis to receive real feedback on their swing and better understand their development.
