Membership FAQ - Terms & Conditions

What hours can members use the facility?

Members have exclusive access during designated Member Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3:00–6:00 PM and Sundays 1:00–3:00 PM at North Service Road location only.
Outside these hours, regular rentals and team bookings take place, and a separate reservation is required.

Can I train every day during those hours?

Yes. Members may attend as often as they like during designated member hours. There are no session limits.

Is cage time private during membership hours?

No. Membership training is shared space. Cages and turf rotate fairly under staff supervision. If you want private, guaranteed cage time, that is still available through standard hourly rentals.

Do I need to book ahead to attend?

Most member sessions are drop-in. However, during high-traffic periods, advance booking may be required. We will always communicate this in advance.

What does the 5% clinic discount apply to?

The 5% discount applies to:

Strike Zone seasonal clinics at North Service location only.
Group development programs
It does not apply to private lessons, camps, cage rentals, or team rentals unless stated.

Can I add additional family members?

Yes. Additional family members from the same household can be added for $89/month each.

Each added family member receives:

Their own unlimited access
Their own 5% clinic discount
Full use of cages and turf during member hours

Is the membership refundable?

No. Memberships are non-refundable once active. No credits are issued for missed sessions due to illness, travel, weather, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.

Can I pause or transfer my membership?

Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or shared unless approved by management under special circumstances.

What happens if the facility closes temporarily?

Short-term closures (less than 7 days) for maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen issues do not qualify for refund or credit. Longer closures are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Are waivers required?

Yes. All athletes — or their parents/guardians — must complete a liability waiver before participating.

What safety rules must members follow?

All members must:

Wear proper footwear and protective equipment
Follow all posted facility rules
Follow instructions from Strike Zone staff
Unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

Can Strike Zone update membership policies?

Yes. Policies may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to members.
