Strike Zone Training operates out of the The Yard in Burlington, ON

The Yard features:

  • 6,500 square feet of hitting and pitching tunnels

  • 6,500 square feet of multi purpose fields for infield and throwing

  • Conditioning Area - fitness and weights

  • Meeting rooms for team discussion

We offer a variety of options to help players continue their development on and off the field including:  camps, clinics, private and group training and facility rentals.
